PierceGray Leading Head of Sales Search for Innovapptive

October 2, 2025 – PierceGray was recently tapped by Innovapptive to lead in its search for a new head of sales. In support of Innovapptive’s growth plans, the organization seeks to hire a head of sales to take over its commercial organization. This shift from co-founder and CEO Sundeep Ravande will provide the focus and leadership to scale the sales organization quickly and efficiently, with the head of sales playing a central role in growing the function’s processes, procedures, and headcount.

Those applying must have experience driving sustainable revenue growth via new logo accounts, with experience growing an organization of similar scale at a rapid pace. They should also have experience selling to the Fortune 500 with a national and/or global footprint. Ideal candidates will bring depth in the Industrials sector. In addition, candidates must bring experience building, implementing, and leading strategic and operational commercial processes (e.g., customer segmentation and sales force design, sales process and systems, sales management and KPIs, compensation/incentive structures). Strong business acumen and financial skillsets, with the ability to analyze and effectively interpret financial, sales, marketing, and customer information for effective decision making is also desired.

Innovapptive is a SaaS-based asset management and efficiency solution for industrial and manufacturing companies. Its end-to-end platform connects frontline workers, back offices, and assets to streamline production, increase collaboration and innovation, and keep employees safe. The organization has 325 employees and is headquartered in Houston, TX. In early 2023, Innovapptive received their Series B funding, led by Vista Equity Partners, with participation from Tiger Global Management.

With plans to accelerate the growth and profitability of the business, Alliance seeks to hire a controller to build and lead the accounting function including all technical accounting, policies and procedures, audit compliance, and reporting, and the financial integration of acquired companies.
