SRC reveals leadership changes across its companies

SRC Holdings Corp. has announced new leadership at its SRC Automotive and Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. subsidiaries.

Dustin Davenport has been named general manager at SRC Automotive, while Grant Seifried will take over as general manager at Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. (also known as SRC Heavy Duty), according to a community announcement.

Additionally, Matt Ollila has been promoted to director of sales and marketing at SRC Heavy Duty.

Davenport moves from SRC Heavy Duty to SRC Automotive

Davenport joined SRC Heavy Duty in 2015 as an engineer. Since then, he has held several roles, including engineering manager, director of operations and most recently general manager, according to the announcement.

He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a certified Great Game of Business Internal Coach.

In the community, Davenport serves as team director for a local youth bicycling team and as a board member for the Child Advocacy Center.

“I’m looking forward to joining Automotive and supporting the team as we build on our momentum, strengthen operations and execute our long-term strategy,” Davenport said in the announcement. “Auto is positioned well for continued growth and new partnerships.”

Seifried moves up at SRC Heavy Duty

Seifried has been with SRC Heavy Duty for seven years, starting as director of sales and marketing. He was promoted to engines business unit manager in 2020, where he played a key role in scaling the sales team from two to 13 individuals and developing the Reman Tech Center.

He was promoted again in 2022 to director of sales and marketing, where he led the sales team to diversify into new distribution channels in the aftermarket and added two new original equipment manufacturer customers. He also led the engineering team for six months to accelerate product development, according to the announcement.

Seifried has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Evangel University and a Master of Business Administration from Drury University. Outside of work, he serves as vice chairman of the board of directors for Community Partnership of the Ozarks and as a board member for the Production Engine Remanufacturers Association.

“I’m truly grateful and excited for the opportunity to step into the GM role and continue building on the great work the team has done,” Seifried said in the announcement. “I’m looking forward to supporting our ongoing growth through strong customer relationships, high-quality diesel engines and components, and maintaining strong financial performance.”

Matt Ollila promoted to director of sales and marketing at SRC

Ollila joined SRC in 2025, bringing more than a decade of sales, distribution and manufacturing experience with global brands. He held multiple roles at Textron Specialized Vehicles, where he led a team to generate $6.5 million in revenue by targeting the sale of obsolete inventory.

At Tracker Off Road, he generated an additional $9 million in revenue by redesigning their shipping strategy, according to the announcement. Ollila has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Michigan State University.

“I’m excited to lead the sales and marketing team and build on Grant’s contributions. I’m passionate about financial literacy and SRC’s employee ownership culture,” Ollila said in the announcement. “By understanding the numbers, we make informed decisions that drive sustainable sales growth, deliver continuous improvements and ensure we own the outcome.”
