First Hospitality expands its global sales office, led by hospitality sales industry expert Lance Hornecker, CMP, CMM.

First Hospitality’s global sales team welcomes sales veteran Hornecker as managing director – global sales. Hornecker has more than 25 years of sales experience in the lifestyle and brand space.
Hornecker will lead global sales efforts across the First Hospitality portfolio alongside a talented team that includes Amanda Stredney, market director of travel industry sales, and Kate Westover, area leisure and business travel sales manager.
Designed to support group, corporate, meetings and events, leisure and travel industry demand, the global sales team will provide streamlined, personalized sales support, consistent communication, and tailored event solutions. Services will extend across First Hospitality’s growing portfolio of hotels, including leading brands, full-service and lifestyle hotels, independent properties, and premium select offerings.
Built on deep market expertise and long-standing industry relationships, First Hospitality’s global sales approach was created to deliver consistency, scale, and results at every stage of the sales process. The global sales team is structured to support sales initiatives across multiple markets and program sizes.

Hornecker has served twice on the board of directors and as president of the MPI Georgia Chapter, as well as in volunteer roles with SITE Southeast. Hornecker is a former faculty member for continuing education programs at Kennesaw State University and the University of Georgia.
